Dear Teacher,
We’re so excited to welcome you to the Classroom Kitchen pilot program! This free trial has been designed to give you a clear taste of what’s possible when food education is built for real classrooms — flexible, curriculum-aligned and genuinely engaging for students.
In this short course, you’ll receive:
One full week of classroom-friendly recipe lessons for every year level
Both cook and no-cook options (no kitchen required!)
Printable worksheets in all Australian school fonts
Curriculum alignment with AC Version 9.0, NSW and VIC (Health, Technologies & more)
Easy-to-follow presentations, modifications and recipes for each lesson
Cooking is more than just a practical activity — it teaches lifelong skills, builds confidence and brings learning to life in meaningful ways. Whether it’s measuring ingredients, following steps, or working together as a team, cooking offers natural opportunities for cross-curricular learning.
It’s especially powerful for students who don’t always thrive in traditional settings — and best of all, it’s fun, hands-on and something every child can feel proud of.
This free trial is also an invitation. As we build out the full Classroom Kitchen program for schools, your feedback will help shape its direction. What works? What needs tweaking? What would make this easier to implement across a term, stage or school?
Whether you’re a classroom teacher, specialist, or school leader, we hope this program sparks ideas and makes it easier to embed food education into everyday learning.
Thanks for giving it a go — we’re so glad you’re here.
